- Open a Chat window with the user, you want to check the actual status.
- Click on option and choose “Go Off the Record”.
- Now message the user, some Hi or anything
- If you get receive error message in red “
did not receive your chat ”, that means the user is offline - If you didn’t get any message in red, that means user is online in invisible mode.
